Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna with dry climate and high temperatures has multiple benefits. The intense sweating causes the opening of the skin pores and the elimination of toxins, having beneficial effects at muscular and cardiovascular level.
We suggest a cycle alternating the exposure to a hot environment with cold baths, followed by massages capable of enhancing the interaction between hot and cold.
Steam bath
The Cabina Thermae Calidarium is a steam bath between 40 and 50 degrees and 98% of damp has a beneficial effect on respiratory tract, skin, metabolism and blood circulation.
We suggest you to stay around 15/20 minutes and repeat the cycle two or three times every 15 minutes.
Emotional shower and aromatherapy
The emotional shower with chromo-therapy and aromatherapy stimulate microcirculation, by alternating hot jets with cold ones.
Chill-out area with chromo-therapy
Relax in our chill-out area with ceiling lights, having beneficial effects on body and state of mind, and pleasant background music.
